    Vessel Selection:

    You will be able to choose from multiple vessels including: gold tins, 4oz mason jars, 8oz mason jars, and 16oz amber jars. For local clients, we offer seasonal jars that can be chosen from our current inventory at the shed.

    Scent Selection:

    Choose one or a combination of a few scents from our collection of candles to use for your custom product. For an additional fee, create your own unique and exclusive scent (hundreds of different options available).

    Custom Label:

    We can work together to create a custom label for you. You can send us your design ideas, or let us give you options that we think would work for you. For small business owners, we can use your own logo on the label.

    Who can order custom candles?

    The options are limitless! We've created custom candles for brides as bridal party gifts as well as shower + wedding favors. We've created client gifts for photographers, florists, real estate agents, personal trainers, and more! We've created unique products for small business owners to put in their stores. We're more than happy to create custom candles for any occasion and for anyone!

    What is the turnaround time for custom candles?

    From the time we finalize your custom candles (i.e. vessel selection, scent selection, etc.) our lead time is typically 2 weeks. During our busy season lead time may vary.

    Do you ship?

    Yes! We can ship to anywhere in the US. Shipping costs will vary based on size of order and location of shipping address. We also offer local pickup for free.

    Do you require a minimum order amount for custom candles?*

    Yes, we require a minimum purchase of 15 candles. *If you are story owner, please ask us about our minimum purchase requirements and wholesale discount rates.

    How much do the candles cost and do you offer bulk discounts?*

    Costs will vary based on vessel selection. Vessel prices vary from $11-$28 retail. Bulk discounts are as follows: 15-24 candles 25% off retail. 25-34 candles 30% off retail. 35+ candles 35% off retail. *If you are a store owner, please ask us about our wholesale discount rates.

    Do I have to get custom labels if I want to order candles in bulk?

    Nope! Custom labels are completely up to you. We do still offer the bulk pricing discount even if you don't want a custom label. Custom labels are an additional $0.05 per candle.
